Return and Cancellation

  • Your order is eligible for cancellation during the purchase process, a ‘cancel order’ button will be available until the transaction takes place. Click this button to cancel your order.
  • If required order cancellation after product delivery, you can contact the team and submit the request via Email
  • It may take up to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated by Addresstech
  • Please inspect the purchase before using the device. Please do not activate (via SIM if Applicable or Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) or initiate using the device in case of any external damage/defect. Once the device has been activated/used, external damage/defect claims will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • In case the product delivered is not as per the order and described on our website, initiate a request within 24 hours of product delivery from customer service section or contact directly on via Email, describing the issue and uploading supporting images of the product. Images should clearly show the Product Model Number, IMEI/Serial number, Brand Box, and Outer packaging.
  • Your claim will be approved subject to its authenticity within 3 days. Upon confirmation of claim approval by Addresstech, keep the product ready for return pickup to the address provided to you over the mail. Please return the product in its original packaging with all inbox accessories provided.
  • Order will be refunded or reshipped post successful reverse pick up subject to product availability.

Post successful cancellation/return of order a refund will be processed within 30 business days into the original payment platform used while ordering.

Shipping and handling fees of the ordered product are paid by the seller/company. while the fees shall be incurred by the customer for the return product after the delivery or Handover of the product.

If the purchase which has been canceled was ordered at a special discount or any other offer, the same offer benefit may only be availed on a new transaction if:

  1. The offer is still running and the new transaction satisfies all conditions as per the offer T&Cs
  2. The refund of the canceled order has been processed and is reflected in the original mode of payment
