SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
The addresses entered in the shipping address section at the time of placing the order will be used by AddressTech’s authorised delivery partner to ship the products. Any delays brought on by an inaccurate shipping address submitted at the time the order was placed are not the responsibility of AddressTech.
Any of the items that are offered on the Addresstech eStore can be ordered. Order acceptance is contingent to receipt of payment and stock availability. Without giving any justification, AddressTech reserves the right to refuse to carry out any transaction(s) with any customer.
The ability to limit delivery to particular areas or delivery facilities is reserved by AddressTech. No merchandise from AddressTech may be delivered to a MailBox location.
Confirming Receipts and Acceptance of Products
As soon as you accept the merchandise from our approved delivery partner, please make sure to inspect it. Accept delivery only after making the appropriate notation on the proof of delivery receipt document in the event that the outside or inner packaging has been physically damaged. If you neglect to make a note regarding the type of damage on the courier receipt confirmation paper, AddressTech reserves the right to refuse the refund or replacement of the damaged product.
You must notify Addresstech customer service of any damage to the real product within 24 hours of receiving it, failing which we will not be responsible in any way for a refund or replacement for the damage or any other product-related problems.
Changes and cancellations prior to delivery
Orders cannot be altered after the Order Confirmation has been issued to you, unless expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
AddressTech retains the right to approve or reject orders for any cause. You acknowledge that you won’t challenge Addresstech’s decision and will accept its choice to cancel. AddressTech retains the right to reject your order if any of the following occur:
- issues discovered by the department that prevents fraud and credit.
- Product or pricing information that is inaccurate or mistaken.
- restrictions on the number of units that can be purchased.
- products ordered not for personal consumption but for commercial resale;
- Multiple items ordered at the same address, a large number of things ordered,
- An invalid address was provided in the order of data
- Any fraud committed when placing the transaction
- Multiple items ordered using the same mobile number or email address
- Any other criterion that AddressTech deems appropriate.
- Any additional factors outside AddressTech’s reasonable control.
Before approving any order, AddressTech may additionally request further confirmations or data. If any part of your order is canceled or if further information is needed to accept it, AddressTech will get in touch with you. If you decide to cancel your order after your payment has been deducted, the money will be returned to the bank that issued your credit card.
If we send the wrong product and/or quantity to you due to a mistake, we will exchange it for the right one and/or amount and arrange for free return or collection of the mistaken item. To set up the return of the merchandise, kindly get in touch with us.
Arrival-Stage Damage/Defective Product
Please get in touch with us within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery if the product you received has obvious packing damage or if you open the packaging and find that the product has physical damage. You must also give us any delivery records and your receipts as proof of purchase.
When a product is returned, we reserve the right to check it and look for flaws. You must send the problematic item back to us for evaluation, and it must be sent back in good condition with all original packaging materials, paperwork, and accessories still in tact. You must also include shipping labels, packaging slips, and proof of purchase. Within a reasonable amount of time, we will let you know the results of our evaluation.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement, or repair and to charge you for the costs of gathering the product from you and returning it to us, as well as any costs associated with inspecting the product, if we reasonably determine following inspection that the product is not defective, the fault was caused by you, or the fault is one that is not covered by the product warranty.
Please contact our Customer Care within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery if the product is flawed, malfunctions, or does not perform as specified on the product or on the AddressTech eStore.
The customer is responsible for contacting the closest authorised service centre for units installed outside of the municipal boundaries of our approved service centre.
Product warranty applies not to all items listed unless mentioned/available to you on the product page while purchasing the product.
Title and Risk of loss
Title of the things you buy passes to you upon delivery. When the product is delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we (including our affiliated bodies corporate, officers, employees, and agents) disclaim any responsibility for any interruptions in service, defects, infections, or malware that may result from your use of the AddressTech eStore.
Any business losses (such as lost profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditures), as well as any other indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you first started using the AddressTech eStore, are not covered by our liability policy.
When an Order is delayed or not fulfilled due to an event outside of our reasonable control, AddressTech will not be responsible for any losses or expenses you sustain.
